About
Founded by Tyme Journey, daughter of KRS-One, BDP.ONE is a streetwear brand built on legacy. After selling merchandise for most of her childhood, Tyme connected with the true supporters of Boogie Down Productions. Later, she took classes in fashion and marketing to expand her knowledge and now carries the spirit of Boogie Down Productions into a new era.
The Legacy
The name “BDP” comes from legendary rap group, Boogie Down Productions with original founders Scott La Rock, a social worker and DJ and KRS-One an activist and emcee.

After meeting in a New York shelter during the early 80s, they formed BDP promoting real life issues in the urban community and inspiring generations through Hip Hop culture.
